You as a Legal Professional are stressed.
And why wouldn't you be?

Let’s face it: the legal profession is intense. From demanding clients, heavy workloads, and the pressure of billable hour requirements, to working in an often competitive and adversarial environment, it’s no wonder that lawyers and staff report feeling isolated and overworked. One in five lawyers report working over 100 hours during their busiest week and 29% of legal professionals report experiencing burnout.1

Due to this high pressure environment, combined with often over-achieving and perfectionist personalities, depression and anxiety were pervasive in the legal profession well before the pandemic. Stress levels and mental health issues in the legal profession have only risen in the past year, due to the thinning boundary between work and home life and increased expectations to be available 24/7. 70% of lawyers surveyed reported that their mental health has gotten worse due to the pandemic.2
